Applications of BBa_K4501019
We demonstrated the downregulation of myc by transiently transfecting (by electroporation) these shRNA in a expression cassette on Ramos and HEK293T cell lines. qPCR from total RNA extraction shows as high as almost 2-fold decrease in myc expression when treatment with shRNA.
